Each themed package comes with beautiful tents, mattresses, bedding (fitted sheet and blanket), decorative pillows and special decor to make your slumber party magical and unique.  We ask that guests provide their own sleeping pillows.

We include personalized slumber party themed invitations with all of our packages! 

Serviced Locations & Venue Requirements 

We provide our services within a 25 kilometre range of St. Albert. If you reside outside of this range, an additional mileage fee will be applied to each package.

The venue room should be large enough to adequately provide space for tents and mattresses. Each tent measures 42" in width. All furniture and other items should be removed PRIOR to our arrival. WE DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE. There should be NO pets or smoking near the designated event location. Please let us know when booking your event how much space is available. 

Set up is expected to be 1 - 1.5 hours long and take down is approximately 45 min. 


Food and Beverage

We kindly request that only light dry snacks and clear beverages (no fruit punch or cola products) be consumed in the tents. We ask that no greasy or messy foods are served inside/around the tents. This is asked to help us maintain the highest quality of our linens and fabrics. 

Subsequent to each party, all linons are laundered with detergent after each use. Mattresses, tents, and all decor are cleaned and sanitized. All items are stored in bins/protective bags when not in use.

Damages

Any damage to the property of Little Dreamers  Slumber Parties will result in assessment of charges to the client. Please keep items that will stain or damage our fabrics and linens out of the tents. Some of these items include paint, markers, nail polish, makeup, coloured drinks, food, or slime products. The decorative pillows are not meant for sleeping purposes, they are solely for decoration. 

Payment, Cancellations and Refunds

A $100 damage deposit is required to complete the booking of your slumber party. You can cancel up to 7 days before the party date to receive your confirmation deposit back. The deposit will be refunded subsequent to party take down as long as no damages are incurred. 

Full payment for all parties is required the day prior to the scheduled slumber party. At this time, we only accept cash and etransfer as methods of payment.
